  • Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by suppliers, customs, or courier services are beyond our direct control.
  • If a shipment is incomplete or delayed due to supplier or logistics issues, the supplier/shipping partner will be responsible for resolving the issue.

  • Noblia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
